Speaking of Jengars Mead... repost from Ben: My dad got a £40 fine at Jengars Mead car park in Billingshurst. He paid for a ticket and was only there for five minutes as he was unloading his car giving bits to the charity shop. Despite paying for a ticket as he was in a disabled bay with no badge he got a fine. He still paid for a ticket and had to park there as it was outside the charity shop and he had heavy bits to carry in. Does anybody know of anyone whom has appealed or been taken to court by the firm who run the car park ?
