(Speaking of the 17 year old Prophet Joseph Smith) God had a work for me to do; and that my name should be had for good and evil among all nations, kindreds, and tongues, or that it should be both good and evil spoken among all people - testimony of the Prophet Joseph Smith. Joseph was a 17 year old farm boy with little to no education in 1823. Trains werent around. The telegraph hadnt been invented. Yet this farm boy claimed that the world would know his name. And he was right. Joseph Smith is known around the world as many things. But I believe that Joseph Smith was a Prophet of God. That he restored Jesus Christs church on the earth and that the Book of Mormon is the word of God brought forth to be a second witness of Christ and the Bible. I know these things are true.
