Speaking to real estate agent about buying a home; Me: We need a big home because were forever entertaining and having friends and families stay over both from here and overseas. I quite like that one in Wailoku but I dont like the design, it looks like a church. Its so spacious and modern though and its got everything else I need; walk in wardroom, maids quarters, garage, laundry area and a balcony and a lawn big enough for my future ruggers aka my sons. Real Estate Agent: Yes thats a good investment property Mrs. Vodo. And its just appropriate for someone like you because you like nice things Me in my head: ooohhh kkkk dont know what that means in real estate lingo but lets just check out the house anyways. Me: So how much are the owners asking for? Real Estate Agent casually says: Only $840,000.00 Me with a huge sigh lifts up hands and starts singing, my God is so big, so strong and so mighty. My Gods plans for me are beyond my wildest dreams. Real Estate Agent confused asks: What are you doing? Me: Reminding myself that numbers aint a thing to my God! Blessed arvo folks!
