Why and How to Use the Doing Business Survey in the Real Estate Sector The use of Doing Business reports will benefit your business. Additionally, your participation in the Doing Business Survey will make a significant impact and will improve the daily global real estate business life. As you will see on the Iphone application DB@Glance, one of the subjects that the Doing Business Survey focuses on is Registering Property. Doing Business records the full sequence of procedures necessary for a business (buyer) to purchase a property from another business (seller) and to transfer and register the property title to the buyers name. In addition, the survey measures and ranks several other benchmarks such as, the time necessary to obtain a construction permit and other meaningful indicators. This type of analysis, which takes place also at a sub-national level, is a powerful instrument for leaders within real estate and real estate-related industries.
