Cards, along with receipt must be entered into the accompanying box. - In the unlikely event that cards are not available, purchaser may email a copy of receipt along with name and contact information to: pvhtanya@yahoo. - Enter as many times as you wish. For example: If someone purchases 5 books at once, their names will be recorded as if they had made 5 singular purchases. Therefore, one transaction, as in this case, will count as 5 chances to win.
