Special thanks this morning to donations for local childrens fun day.As we are unsponsored, the kindness from other local businesss has been touching.U-Benefit has donated over 140 canned and plastic drinks.Gaynors Cafe in town via Ruby has donated over 80 burgers, so special thanks to Ruby for thinking of local children,Portadown Co Armagh, has ensured the cage football takes place today, and donated 80 sausages. The Burger van for today has agreed to cook these sausages and burgers for the kids, and provide chips etc, so no donation to bonfire needed to be asked, as they are doing more than enough to accomodate our local children. There has been donations of £100 & £50.When it comes to our owm local shops, Corcrain 727 Donated 2 Boxes of Cadbury Cream Eggs, The Spar Garage on the Loughall Road Donated 26 Bags of crisps. The large P&G Store are having difficulty at minute as we came too late to ask for donation and stock levels are low, so they are hopefully going to arrange a few 24 packs of crisps?, and Oharas cafe, we were asked to call back again today, but unfortunately no time as events are now taking place.Local people support these shops all year round, as you can see from above, just how local shops are prepared to contribute to a local non funded community events! ADSA thankfully have no stock problems, and were able to donate over 300 bags of sweets.Every Little Helps ;-)
