Specialist Sales Planning Unit - Mobilink - Lahore Hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC Recognized Institute. Have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field. Manage the sales forces on follow-up for customers in pipeline. Plan and forecast sales and carry out target achievement planning. Manage commission calculation and coordination internally and with finance. Manage internal reporting – dash board management for revenue and commissions. Coordinate with all stake holders for data gathering. Facilitate sales force in understanding and gathering requirement for ongoing and upcoming initiatives in the government / private organizations. Responsible for notifying sales/segments team for relevant RFPs/EOIs related to corporate solution offerings and facilitating in furnishing them. Participate in the sales process from lead generation to client onboarding and execution. Work with the MFS segments team to customize products considering needs of the clients. Facilitate in strategy formulation to target government / private organizations for MFS corporate products.
