Spectra is proposing to clear cut large areas of Westchester Countys Blue Mountain Reservation. They say theyll need 100 to 130 sections which is 25 - 55 ft. beyond the temporary work easement. Experts say this will change over 1/4 of the parks property and do irreparable damage. These are photos of the Millennium pipeline to show what the impacts could look like.
