Spent a wonderful Sunday afternoon w/the DAngelo family in Hicksville.Their Dad/Grandpa/Great-Grandpa turned 95 today.A WWII veteran of No.Africa,Anzio Beach Landing & more enjoyd the day so much.Watching him blow out the candles (ice cream cake) & give a speech of love/gratitude to all his family members in attendance was beautiful.I feel blessed I was asked to attend.Anthony asked me to tell all who sent Birthday cards a BIG thank you!!!!! He was so surprised & overwhelmed that strangers would send him wishes & thanks for his service.His daughters Josephine,Theresa,Vivian would also like to add there thanks.They said last week was a rough week(health issues) & that B day cards really picked him up.So in closing I would like to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANTHONY DANGELO.
