Spent a wonderfully enjoyable afternoon at the Arizona Folklore Preserve up Ramsey Canyon in the Huachuca Mountains today. My friends the Sugar Beats (Becky Reyes, Kathleen A. Shaughnessy, Brenda Pratt, & Carol Park) were the featured performers, so I came early & brought a picnic lunch to enjoy by the waters edge in what has to be the best handicapped parking spots ever! Saw other friends & neighbors from Bisbee at the show, a flock of wild turkeys heading out of the canyon, & the Mule Mtns across the San Pedro Valley as green as they get. I got home in time to enjoy a great sunset - what a great day!
