Spent all night in the emergency room. I passed out; Daniel called an ambulance. Theyve ruled out any major issues (heart, lungs, etc.), took a chest x-ray and a chest CT scan, all ok. Bloodwork and electrolytes ok, but white cell count was up, as well as my pulse. Consensus of a Vasovagal syncope, most likely brought about by dehydration ( I had worked out 5 days in a row this week). After my workout, got nauseated, then very weak. Knew something was up. No chest pain, shortness of breath, etc, but my blood pressure dropped drastically in a short time, and I went DOWN. Follow up Dr visit tomorrow AM; I feel pretty good, all things considered, and no sleep. I am also suspecting that my blood pressure meds might need to be cut back, as I have been really trying to take good care of myself the last 7 or so months.
