Spent almost 2 hours trying to get a better deal on faster more reliable internet. These companies are co-conspirators, funny no matter what the special pricing is it always ends up costing almost the same on the bottom line! Save money with a new carrier but spend more for the un-bundling. What a load of crap. Bottom line, I am buying my modem and will dedicate myself to shopping for new service every contract period. Ridiculous that you have to get on the phone and play games every 6 months to keep costs down. RANT DONE! Thanks for letting me vent.
