Spent an hr on phone trying to report a fault on my daughters phone line. Spoke to 3 different people the last of which sounded like Stephen hawking an could hardly understand a bloody word. Eventually got a response that an engineer would come out, but next available one is on 24th April an will cost her 50 quid! Talk talk you are a bloody joke an your customer service is about as useful as a one armed trapeze artist with an itchy arse!
