Spent most of 2014 working in a job I wasnt happy with, living in a place I dont like, struggling to keep friendships alive, fighting to keep & maintain my own sanity, wondering where my life is heading, hoping that the decisions Ive made were right, wanting things to stay the same in some respects and radically change in others, trying to understand how friends can so easily remove themselves, clinging desperately to the notion that things happen for a reason and wishing great things for those around me (even at my expense) ... 2014 has however given me another wonderful year with my girls, some great gigs and music experiences, bought a new (old) car, some on the fringe friendships have gotten stronger while some strong friendships have completely gone... In closing I am Hopeful 2015 will be a better, brighter and more fulfilling year all round and maybe even (regardless as to whether I deserve it) change for the better and throw me a freakin bone here & there... Heading off soon to bring in the new year with some great mates (The Factory Boys & Friends) and at least do one of the things I still enjoy doing... Playing music.
