Sperm are not people. They are alive and human, but not people. Why is it so hard for prolifers to understand that this happens? There is no fetus lawyer because people are allowed to remove anything from their body that they do not wish to be there. Women do not need a court order to push a potential rapist off of them, even using deadly force. We can excise moles, we can choose not to breastfeed, we can decide who uses our bodies because bodily autonomy is a basic right and not a matter for courts to rule on. Sorry, pro-lifers, your argument is shit and grants sperm the same rights as a person even while denying those rights to a woman.
