Spider Lake 5 triathlon - I loved seeing all the pictures of the Squaw creek mud run and feel like I missed a ton of fun so I did my own triathlon today. First Up was the dog-pull/deer fly swat 3 mile walk, next came the backyard lawn mowing obstacle course (full of rocks, sticks, holes etc with a 50 year old mower) and to finish up I took the dog for a long padde boat ride out and around an island while KJ swam it (of course that was done with a refreshing drink in hand)! Heidi Brown, there was no mountain to climb! I am now relaxing with a book while the boys go fishing! Great Day in Wisconsin!
