Spinergy Fitness Is going to hold an EXTREME COMBINATION CLASS COMING SOON! This class will include : Spinning- Weights (free weights and kettle bell) Running AND Abdominal Workout followed by a Stretch. This class will be a $20.00 OUT OF MEMBERSHIP, outside of your pre bought classes. This will test your endurance and stamina, You will be required to wear a HEART rate moniter, drink plenty of water leading UP to that day. This class will start up with a limited amount of people as a semi private group training. Sign ups for this class will be COMING soon. This will be on a first come first sign up service. How FIT are you, CAN YOU, do you WANT TO BE? What doesnt challenge you doesnt change you.@ Spinergy Fitness SPINNING-WEIGHTS-RUNNING-ABDOMINALS, Can you take this outside of the normal 45 minute class? How far can you go in 75 minutes? Use interval training. There are several benefits to interval training that will help you get the most out of your workouts, and increase your stamina.•Improve cardiovascular capacity. Endurance running/workouts/weights plus cardio and abs can take wind out of you. By using the interval training, youll increase your anaerobic capacity (oxygen-depleting). And when you combine this with aerobic capacity (oxygen-building with easy runs and longer intervals of training), these will end up making you faster,stronger,build more (greater you). •Burning calories. Bursts of energy (the high-intensity part of interval training) will increase the amount of calories you burn. This is true even for relatively short bursts.
