Spinscott’s “The Rhythmic Induction” EP is a five track jungle project released on September 27th, 2013 on Dynamic Records. Each track has a different vibe, and as always contains a subliminal message or meaning beyond the surface. “Feelin’ Good” is an oldschool style melodic track with a rolling breakbeat, kind of a nod to the ‘93/’94 jungle sound. “Jungleira” was originally produced as part of a competition to create a drum and bass track with rhythms inspired by capoeira. The end result is a hybrid of percussion hits, some classic jungle drum breaks, and unique tunes throughout. “Night Error” is a rare excursion into the dark side, with a full sonic range of effects, individually drum hit effects, drones, and deep bass drops. Fly Higher is a throwback tune that features custom performed vocal phrases, piano and string chords, and a nice melodic kind of vibe. “Feelin’ Good (The Renegades Mix)” is a footwork jungle remix produced The Renegades, featuring innovative 808 drum work, chopped jungle drums, filters, and solid basslines that blend together to push the latest emerging sounds.
