Spirit versus Flesh When we are focused on the flesh we are weary, troubled, heavy laden, in darkness and worry, striving and stressing, hopeless. but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:7 In the Spirit we are free. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness. “I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds” John 12:24
