Spiritual Metaprograms: Secular versus spiritual People who are secular oriented usually are stuck in the metaprogram of being secular and does not think they can operate or exercise spirituality in their work environment. They think spirituality is only for those who are in the ministry. Those spiritual think they are meant only to operate behind the pulpit and does not need to learn the secular knowledge or are not relevant to the church. Flexibility is the need of the hour to slide from end to the other if youre stuck.....Experimenting metaprograms....:-)
