Job description Our ideal candidate is someone who can write clear, concise, factual, yet opinionated for sports show with a flair for creativity; someone who loves all kind of sports, social media savvy and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with online communities and building relationships. A writer who focuses on Sports that are appealing to the Hispanic audience. Essential Job Functions: • Write scripts for our Television Program (Central Deportiva). • Write descriptive and imaginative summaries about the contents of the shows being aired, brief and using plain language and easy to understand. • Innovate new content ideas and show devices with sports and pop-culture themes, focused on Hispanic sports-news audience. • Passion for sports. Minimum Requirements: • Degree in Journalism or equivalent. • Requires creativity, spontaneity, and team work. • Ability to work under pressure. • Excellent oral and written skills in Spanish. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment. • Knowledge of all kind of sports, and athletes. • Fluent in Spanish and English, both speaking and writing.
