Sports relief day in the office today and a short 5 mile spin for me in the 3 participant triathlon. Pretty chuffed with the result. 3 speed machines shot off on their road bikes but I pedalled my way to 4th out of 7 on a mountain bike beating a couple of road bikes. Then judged the office bake off competition with 15 entrants which were all really nice. Off into town now for a bite to eat before seeing Chris Ramsey. Not a bad Friday I suppose.
