Spotlight on: WORKSHOP WITH KATHLEEN HERMESDORF during the Amsterdam Summer Intensive: There is space between everything. Within this space lies infinite potential, tangible energy and a connection to the invisible and ineffable. In this workshop we bridge the space between bodies with focus and touch - sending signals and trajectories into sensation, physics, emotion, memory, imagination, action, etc. We will inhabit, engage, read and motivate personal, private and public space through improvisation in solos, duets and groups, with technical experiments, inversion practices, floorwork and 3-dimensional scores.
