Spotted : Last night my spouse and I went to Tonys chargrill. I have to say the food and experience was amazing. This is what customer service is all about!! I have years of waitressing experience under my belt and every time we go out I watch the service we have received. Majority of the time the servers are not on the ball and really couldnt care to work for the tip. Tonys chargrill keeps it real, down to earth, takes care of their customers and takes the time out to make their customers feel welcomed. This is how I was trained and this is how Ive trained people, but its a treat to see that people still care. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Home cooked meals and the atmosphere was amazing. We felt we were in a different city eating dinner. You just dont see this service anymore. I know myself and my family will be returning there over and over again. Thank you Tonys chargrill for keeping service what it should be.
