Spreading Awareness through Internet: FACEBOOK The most powerful medium today especially for youngsters as they interact socially through facebook. Sai Dham has used facebook effectively for Baba’s Prachar and cut across boundaries of countries and attracted many Sai devotees across the world through regular updates, teachings, experiences and programs at Sai Dham. • Many people have come for problem session – Sai Samadhan through facebook and got help. • Couriers of Sai Charitra, calendar, udi, jal and oil from Shirdi are sent on request to our facebook members. • We have 8000 members and posting done on 200 walls. In all, we are connecting to 4 lac people. Achievements: Year 2011 • There were in all 2 groups & pages in which we were doing posting. • We were doing posting on 19 walls. • We had 3000 members to whom we were posting If each member has 100 members on average then 3000x100=3,00,000 So were reaching 3 lac members earlier. Year 2012 • Now 4 groups & pages in which posting being done. • Posts being done on 200 walls. • Posting =200 • Each wall on average=100 members • Total=200x100=20,000 • Posting on 4 groups • 20,000 x 4=80,000 • Our own members are 8000 If each member has around 100 members on average then 8000x100=8,00,000 So average is 80,000 posting reach & 8 lac through own members That means everyday baba’s experiences, teachings & daily activities going to around 9 lac people. So our reach has increased times. This is a big achievement. Now Live arti is also being posted on facebook daily.
