Squat? ✅ Deadlift? ✅ But what about good mornings?? Do you do them? Such a GREAT posterior chain exercise. Want more booty, ladies?? Spread the feet wider for less back and more glutes!! #⃣1⃣Set the bar a little lower on your back than you would a squat with a slightly wider than normal grip as well. #⃣2⃣Push your hips back keeping your natural position in your back as you slowly lower your body down. #⃣3⃣ Push your feet hard through the floor and accelerate up.
