Squeaky clean services price guide: 1. Rental Package #1: This package is for landlords needing their rental unit completely cleaned out from top to bottom. The package includes: shampooing of all carpeting, sanitizing of all bathrooms, complete kitchen clean (appliances inside and out, windows, walls, cupboards, glass and floors), wall and baseboard cleaning, light fixture cleaning. This package usually takes 6-8 hours to complete, sometimes more depending on the condition of the property. This package is valued at $275.00 (locally); $325.00 out of town up to 100 miles; and without shampooing $225.00. 2. Rental Package #2: This package is for landlords or tenants needing their rental unit completely cleaned out from top to bottom, plus painting. The package includes: shampooing of all carpeting, sanitizing of all bathrooms, complete kitchen clean (appliances inside and out, windows, walls, cupboards, glass and floors), wall and baseboard cleaning, light fixture cleaning. This usually takes 8-10 hrs to complete. This package also includes: base coat painting of up to three rooms (you supply the paint and supplies). This package is valued at $485.00 (locally); $525.00 out of town up to 100 miles; and without shampooing $435.00. 3. Commercial/Business Package: This package is for commercial/local businesses that need weekly cleaning services, bi-monthly cleaning services or monthly cleaning services. We offer: full restroom sanitation (includes urinal cakes and toilet drops), vacuuming of all carpeted areas, windows, dusting, wood polishing, break room cleaning, once a month carpet shampooing, floor cleaning (we do offer high shine as well). This package usually takes 6-8 hrs to complete. We also do work shops, which includes: sweeping of shop floor and spray down, restroom sanitation, windows, and removal of garbages. This package is valued at $130.00 weekly, $175.00 bi-weekly, $225.00 monthly. Work shop packages are valued at $100.00 weekly, $140.00 bi-weekly, $175.00 monthly. 4. Residential Homes Package: This package is for residential homes! The package includes: vacuuming of all carpeting, bathroom sanitation, floor scrubbing, dusting and wood polishing, windows, walls, appliances, cupboards, baseboards, counters, ceiling fans, and garbages. We can add shampooing as well if requested in advance. This package usually takes between 4-8 hours depending on the specifics needing to be completed, and the level of dirtiness as well. This package is priced as follows: $20.00 per hour for the first initial cleaning (we provide all cleaning supplies and equipment). If you chose to have one of our maintenance packages(which usually after the first initial cleaning only is touch up work and averages 2-4 hours), here is the breakdown: $30.00 daily service (light cleaning average 1-2 hrs max), $95.00 weekly service (regular cleaning 3-5 hrs max); $115.00 bi-weekly service (regular cleaning 4-6 hrs max); $130.00 monthly cleaning service (6-9 hrs max for regular cleaning). If you enroll in one of our maintenance programs, we will offer a monthly carpet shampooing of two rooms free of charge. We also can include the laundry service and shopping service to any of these packages as well for an extra $25.00 weekly, $35.00 bi-weekly, or $45.00 monthly. Take $10.00 off of each if you want to exclude one service or the other. Senior Citizens and disable citizens receive a 10% discount on this service 5. Laundry Service Package: We offer laundry services as well here at Squeaky Clean Services! Here is the breakdown on our pricing: Wash and Fold Service: **$25.00 up to 2 full loads of laundry (washed, dried, folded and delivered). **$45.00 up to 4 full loads of laundry (washed, dried, folded and delivered). **$60.00 up to 6 full loads of laundry (washed, dried, folded and delivered). **80.00 up to 10 full loads of laundry (washed, dried, folded and delivered). **any amount over 10 loads will be charged the $80.00 plus $.55 per pound. Please remember you are paying for soap, softener, dryer sheets, electricity, water and gas for delivery, that is all included in our pricing. Senior Citizens and disable citizens receive a 10% discount on this service **We can use your own detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets as well and will cut the cost down $5.00. 6. Shopping Services: We offer shopping services for individuals who cannot get to the store or just don’t have the time shop! We ask that you call the day before, so we can allot ourselves enough time the next day to get everything you need in a timely and accurate manner. The pricing for this service is as follows: **$25.00 for the trip, this covers gas and labor. You provide the monies needed for all purchases. We will pick up your list, do your shopping, and deliver and unload all items. Senior Citizens and disable citizens receive a 10% discount on this service. 7. Shampooing Service: We offer shampooing services for all your shampooing needs. We ask that you call at least 48 hours in advance to schedule shampooing services. Here is our breakdown of pricing. **Small rooms $20.00, Medium size rooms $30.00, Large rooms $50.00 If you are on our regular maintenance programs: the pricing is $10.00 for small, $15.00 for medium, and $20.00, and you will receive two rooms free a month shampooed when you first get on our maintenance program. The above pricing is subject to change. 8. REFERAL INCENTIVES: If you are refer us to a new client, your next cleaning will be discounted 10% off! If you refer over 10 new customers to us, then in appreciation we will do a free 4 hour cleaning session of your choice, this applies to both commercial and residential maintenance programs.
