St Francis Hospital Indianapolis Indiana spend more time refusing medical care required, refusing orders for procedures, & forcing patients higher medical costs by delaying care & forcing patients to see a circus of other doctors in their network to share the wealth of profits, making patients suffer. Regarding the Decatur Small Claims Court: INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA When I filed a subpeona, paying $13.00 to Decatur Small Claims Court, attorney Derrick Johnson filed a squash motion, immediately granted by Judge Hockman. My motion objection, didnt get the same respect of immediately, nor in writting. The subpeona for MYORTHO was NOT served, though I paid for it, nor did I get a refund for the judge refusal to serve the subpeona, of which my right for a defense was denied & to face to accuser was denied. Now, I am to pay more money though my contracted rate for a doctor, $195.00, I DID not ask for, seek, but mandated to see if I wanted to get my ordered medical care of procedure, Kyphoplasty!! ***BEWARE OF MYORTHO, SITTING BESIDE ST FRANCIS HOSPITAL, STOP 11 & S EMERSON AVE, BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE PRACTICES WHO HELP PREVENT YOUR MEDICAL CARE, FOR SAKE TO SAVE MONEY FOR ST FRANCIS NETWORK, DR LAROSA, ADVANTAGE HEALTH SOLUTIONS.*** The scandals, racketeering, schemes, blanant judical robbery of Indiana people go on to harm many, but like any one in Indiana office or judical system will lift a finger to stop such? Not likely. 1. Defendent, ME, was refused right for written judgement of motion to object to the squash order, of which violated rights of defendent to defend self. 2. Defendent, ME, was refused right for a subpeona to be served & the payment for the subpeona was not returned. What a racket! 3. Order of 321 (said I owe for the coersed 195.00 office visit, MYORTHO) + 400 (for the so called attorney who gives no itemization) does not add to 771, as where did the additional 50 dollars come from? 4. Now I get to bend over for another 115 dollars? Do you see a due date on the judgement order of 9/19/13? 5. This court is a racketeering injustice with biases, violations of rights, and blanant disrespect for judicial conduct & oath supposingly taken. Insurance contract rate was 195.00, appointment made by ST Francis was done in order to ignore medical care required to save Advantage St Francis Network money. I have insurance, but the insurance company DID nothing to ensure medical care would be provided. Advantage St Francis Health Solutions is ran by St Francis Medical Director, who is the same medical director of Advantage. St Francis will cost patients more medical costs by forcing patients to delay their care, mandating patients to go to doctor after doctor, who have nothing to do with the medical care required to treat why the patient was seeking care to being with. There are no means to get help to obtain medically necessary care at St Francis Hospital stop 11 & Emerson Ave Indianapolis, IN. Citizens in Indiana are exploited not only by St Francis Advantage Health Solutions, but by a judge who permits St Francis to use coersion, force, & refusal to honor a patient doctor order for a procedure unless seen by a doctor, who the patient never sought, nor needed to seek. The scams permitted in Indiana is permitted by the judicial system, who fail to honor their own oath. No accountability required in Indiana. Again, thank goodness, Community Hospital South knows how to not only give medically necessary care, but Community Hospital South is prompt at providing medical care with excellent care & respect. There is no protection given in Indiana. NONE at all. Listen 2 Indiana GOP officials slam Obamacare, yet, Indiana officials, agencies, do nothing to ensure insurees get proper medical care that they have paid high premiums for.
