St Georges Gym end of year Christmas competition!!! Bench press, Squat and Dead lifts - OWN BODY WEIGHT, Reps will be added up at the end to determine the winner! Entry is £10 but not exclusive to members so bring a friend ;) Beers and protein bars will be provided. The Winner - gets to pick, can either roll one dice and receive entry fee times the number on the dice in cash or roll two dice and receive that number in free months training. Second place, GNC protein tub. Third place, Pre workout tub! Fourth place, gets to chance to arm wrestle me for 50% money back or beat me and scot for all money back! Fitth place, Nothing jog on. Competition to be held on the 23rd December, time TBC. Express interest below, any less than 10 people event will be cancelled :( I reckon you know me by now so rest assured any profits made (not sure there will be!) will just go straight back in thee gym pot!
