St Louis Jane Doe - The Case That Haunts Found February 28, 1983, in St. Louis, Jane Doe is still unknown in 2009. This cold case is still open, but the fact that her head was never found has confounded the investigation. In memory of a young black girl that we know only as JANE DOE - JUSTICE will come someday, LITTLE BABY ... With LOVE from KWH 2010 CASE UPDATE - In late 2009, Jane Doe was planned to be exhumed and to be reburied in The Garden of the Innocents at Calvary Cemetery. However, it was found that the burial plot marked by her tombstone contained the remains from a different individual. At this date (June, 2010), the plans are on hold. -- KWH UPDATE 2013 - The correct grave was located and her remains were exhumed for testing. Maybe DNA results may help in her identification. - KWH
