Stabilization.. The United States become a great and powerful country, because there is virtually no major turmoil in its territories.. Haiti, on the other hand, could have been a better place if the people could grasp the concept of democratic process. Sabotage, unnecessary protest and foolery cannot take a people anywhere. Although, many may disagree, but the Duvalier regime, was probably the most formidable government Haiti ever had. We cannot live in a perpetual revolution. A revolution doesnt mean solution nor can it withstand the test of time.
