Stacey and I need advice from IT professionals or anyone in the cellular phone business. Verizon is our carrier and we both have the Lucid LG Droid. We entered into the current contract two years ago, and our current contract is up in May of 2015. The situation Im getting ready to cover has happened before with different models of phones, but this one just seems a little too suspect. We both signed on to the plan three years ago with the current phones. Less than 6 months ago the screen on my phone was broken so we had it sent in and they replaced it with a refurbished phone, same model. Last Wednesday, I woke up to find out that my phones swype will not work, which turns out to be a hardware issue as we were told from the Sprint associates and techs on the phone. Tonight, Staceys phone did the very same thing. We are currently both out of working phones, what say you?
