Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that the Combined Graduate Level Examinations 2014 have been postponed. Earlier the CGL exams were to be held on April 27, 2014 and May 4, 2014. However, due to date clashes with the General Elections, the exams are postponed. While the new exam dates have not been announced, the CGL 2014 exams will likely be held sometime in the second half of 2014. In addition to the CGL 2014 exams, the Combined Graduate Level 2013 re-examination, announced earlier for candidates having appeared at selected centers, will also be postponed. Central Bureau of Investigation 7. Central Bureau of Narcotics The Combined Graduate Level Examination 2014 is conducted by the Staff Service Commission for recruitment to different government service posts for which completing Graduation from a recognized University is an essential eligibility criterion. The recruitment is conducted in three rounds, first the Tier I written exam, followed with Tier II written exams for applicants qualifying Tier I exam and finally candidates clearing both written exams appear for the Computer Proficiency Test/Interview/Skill Test as applicable for the post applied for. The Tier I exam will be based on General Intelligence (for 50 marks), Reasoning (for 50 marks), General Awareness (for 50 marks) Quantitative Aptitude (for 50 marks) and English Comprehension (for 50 marks) and will consist of objective type multiple choice questions
