Staff of the Fayetteville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau have had a busy few weeks! In the last two weeks, staff: ✔ Held a sales & marketing meeting at Holiday Inn Fayetteville I-95. At the meeting we informed partners on our results, the next months plans, and opportunities to partner in the future ✔ Attended Connect Marketplace and Magazine and Connect Sports Marketplace and Magazine to sell Cumberland County NC as a destination for meeting planners and sports tournament organizers. ✔ Visited the North Carolina Division of Tourism, Film and Sports Developments I-95 North Welcome Center to let staff know about the latest news from Fort Bragg Communities of Cumberland County ✔ Presented at an English As a Second Language class through Fayetteville Technical Community College on Fort Bragg, N.C. ✔ Distributed three press releases about happenings in the community. ✔ Attended the What Dreams are Made Of Bridal Show at the Crown Complex ✔ Facilitated the SGMP North Carolina Communications Committee meeting ✔ Held a Spring Lake, NC meeting to update hoteliers on efforts to promote the Spring Lake community.
