Stage 12 - Tour De France Contrary to previous power sprint - TopicsExpress

Stage 12 - Tour De France Contrary to previous power sprint finishes on le tour, tonight we have not one, but two 90° turns in the last kilometre. The first comes with about 650 meters to go and the second one with only 450 meters to the line, both bound to create havoc. The peloton will be stretched out significantly on these final two corners and you will need to be among the first four or five riders if you want to win this stage. The tricky ending seemingly plays into sprinters like Cavendish and Sagan’s hands. Nobody in the peloton can find a gap, and push the boundaries quite like Sagan, so expect him to be right in the finish. Cavendish seems to thrive in the spotlight, so he will be hungry to hit back after the Urine throwing saga last night. Keep an eye out for Cyril Lemoine. The French sprinter will be on home soil and in front of his family and friends; he will be extra motivated to do well. Back Sagan and Lemoine to win at $11 and $201 respectively.
