Stage 22 Carry The Fallen was a huge hit!! We had 50+ competitors run through the stage in support of CTF, some running through several times and some others who made donations without even running the CoF. We had two competitors, Justin Fitch & Robert Lacroix, who ran through with their shotgun platforms!! When it was all said and done this afternoon the donations from our competitors totaled nearly $500! I am very proud to be associated with the IDPA community in New England who continue to show tremendous support for CTF with their time, talents and hard earned money!! In addition, I approached the Pioneer Sportsmens club board and asked for an additional donation. They happily agreed and offered to donate a matching amount of whatever we raised on Stage 22. So at the end of the day we are able to contribute just a about a $1,000 to CTF... Phenomenal is all I can say... And thank you!!! Now for the bragging rights... Lee Adams earned the top honor completing the course of fire in 22:57 with only one point down for the entire course! Honorable mentions go to Rob Lacroix & Matt Holmes who both posted sub-25 second runs! I want to thank Kevin Wagner (Match Director) and Jon Wolfe (Pioneer IDPA Chair) for allowing us to hold this fund raiser in the midst of a hugely attended classifier match. Im sure they will be providing some feedback on the attendance shortly. I would also like to thank all the competitors who jumped right in to help with taping and resetting targets, there are just too many to list here. It was great to spend some time with Justin who spent the entire day with us at Stage 22, talking with the competitors and generally seeming to have a great time. None of this would have been possible without the support of my friends Aaron Haines & Dori Bosler Smith. I cant thank you both enough!!
