Stage 3 Outboard on Little disappointed......... After some exceptional service from Matty at Aukland Marine sorting out my Senator boat and Mark at Hoskings trailers for sorting my trailer for her, I have at last got my 90hp 4Stroke merc on her - Little disappointed with Gulflands Marine where I purchased my outboard from, after spending close to 14k on it, it was installed with analogue gauges.... After ringing 4-5 other Merc dealers they all said these outboards come standard with smart gauges as it all ties in with the outboard computer - I now have 5 holes in my dash with gauges instead of 2 as well - also didnt like the finish of my cables/fuel line coming out of the transom not sleved/tubed off - not only is it a cheap look but water can also slop into it where there are electrics - Very disappointing but hopefully when fishcity do my electrics for me they will sort out the cables for me.... (Its not like its an old cruddy boat) and wouldnt think they would sell one of there top Stabis like that?????
