Standard Form Contract for Construction was launched today. Two #USAIDKosovo activities, Contract Law Enforcement and Partnerships for Development, launched the Standard Form Contract for Construction. The standard form contract will serve as the basis for the construction sector in Kosovo. This contract will contribute to enhancing the use of written contracts, providing greater certainty to the parties involved in the sale of buildings, clarifying the duties and responsibilities of the parties, as well as preventing disputes. Representatives from Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, Kosovo Architect Association, and other stakeholders participated at the event.
