***Standing AB-session*** Designed to be done conveniently, quickly and with little to no standing room! Ha! Just how I like to make these videos. Mini divulge moment : I got to thinking,....STOP being fancy with these videos! Trying add music, add flair. You all dont want FLAIR, do you? You just want MOVEMENTS! You want to get somewhere and if you wait on me to go edit crazy, what Im NOT good at, youll be left with NOTHING in the meantime, so Im giving you what I am good at, ME being ME, ME guiding you towards a more CONFIDENT, FIT direction! Im just like everybody else, GO GO GO...Theres time for PIZAZZZZZ, then there isnt. I want things done and accomplished, simple but effective, challenged not overwhelmed! Sooooooooo.... What I have brought to you today is a few standing ab moves for those of you who feel getting down on the floor is more of a workout or you may not be in the ideal situation to do so. Any of these can be done for 1-4 sets and 12-24 reps. Single side or alternating. ***Promise me youll give it your all in the time or conditions allotted and USE caution where needed.
