Brendon Shannahan will call an illegal hit on the transformation and Gary Bettman will come out onto the ice with Ovechin and Crosby snapping at them on the end of their leash. And the roof to the united center will open. The newly formed hawks bruins will look up and see a weathered native man riding a bear. Bettman will fall down an beg for forgiveness as Ovechin runs away back to Russia to play in the Olympics Crosby will just pass out and be on injured reserve indefinitely. Joining the native and the bear a man is a man wearing a sweater with a large D on it. Followed by a man in a habs sweater... Then one with a maple leaf. Finally a ranger shows up. The bear looks to the native man and smiles in a ursine fashion then snaps Bettman up chewing him messily. We will see the rebirth of hockey as the best sport ever played by man. The original six go back and have a few beers and flip a puck around the pond. The expansions from the last three decades just a fun experiment.
