Star Trek, TOS, jeez for its time it was state of the art. Looking back now, I watched it, the pace was slow, the lighting over lit, set design too plastic, fx were lame and the model work, scripts long and pretentious, no grit even the alien planets were too clean, far too much exposition, its like sci fi valium. Then a young director was told too reboot it and all the die hards moan ,whinge and act like it was a religion get over yourselves and grow up. People see trekkies as immature well JJ BASHING just supports that. Shakespeare has been performed thousands of times no one sits there and moans that it is not canon from the shakespeare fraternity, they just accept each production as unique. We may have a opportunity to go back to the star wars that we love, if it was brilliant, the JJ bashers would pick fault. TOS star trek was dire crap and pretentious in some episodes get over yourselves.
