Start chemo next Thursday. Will do 2 weeks and off a week. Thats 1 cycle. He will do 4 cycles. He does not have to take radiation. Nurses told us he will not lose his hair. Dr. Olencki said he has a very good chance of living a healthy cancer free life. Their goal, to get him to 80. Dr. Merrill will be taking his bladder out at The James Cancer Center the first week of April. Or sometime in April. Said next Thursday will be the worst. He will feel yucky. Said they may have to put in a port. So if everyone doesnt mind please say a prayer for him that he wont be in that much pain.
