Start the week STRONG my walkers! Today -Walk 2 Miles and add extra Core exercise! (If you have the Belly Blasting Walk DVD - it has everything you need!) If you are not using DVDs today, just walk for 30 mins. at a brisk pace or count 4,000 steps! ALL the ways we walk ... WORK for your good health and to meet any weight loss goal! On this final week of January - heres what is remaining on our monthly plan: Tues-Full Body Strength Training (If you have Walk It Off in 30 Days DVD - Do the segment titled FIRM 30) Wed-Day Off! But be active! In that endless Polar Vortex? Maybe shovel snow for 20 or 30 mins. Thurs-3 Mile Walk - (You can do a 45 min. walk or count 6,000 steps) If you have 3 MEGA Miles DVD youll get extra arm toning in that 3rd Mile ...so good!) Fri-2 Mile Walk - (You can do a 30 min. walk or count 4,000 steps) The Walk It Off in 30 Days DVD has a segment titled BURN 30 - a PERFECT 30 min. fitness walk .... if I do say so myself (smile)!
