Start your day with God WHAT ARE YOU SOWING? Intro; Life in this world is like a farmer sowing seeds in his farm. What he does is that, he first ploughs the land before he sows. The world says, life begins at the age of forty but I don’t believe that. To me, from the 6th to the 20th year is the foundation period (plough period), and a vision period. And from the 21st to the 40th year is the period of working toward the vision (sowing period). And from there you begin to reap what you sow, therefore my question is, ‘What Are You Sowing Now? Jer 4; 3-4 says, ‘For thus says the Lord to the men of Judah and to Jerusalem, break up your fallow ground and sow not among thorns. Circumcise yourselves to the Lord and take away the foreskins of your heart, you men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, lest My wrath come forth like fire that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings’. To break up your ground means, to throw away all evil deeds (forsake all sins), and sow things that are right and pure. Therefore what are you sowing? As father or guardian, as husband or wife, as Christian or religious person, as student or young man/lady, as a politician, minister of God, business director, or whoever, what are you sowing? Gal 6; 7-8 says, ‘Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that shall he also reaps. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption and destruction, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Therefore think about what you sow today, for you shall reap it tomorrow.
