Started a new deadlift program yesterday (Ortmayer/Magnusson) with the goal of getting my deadlift to 600lbs by the end of November. I like the simplicity of the program as its a fairly basic (but very effective) setup and doesnt have you doing a ridiculous volume or deadlifting more than once a week. I suggest this program to anyone thats looking to increase their deadlift following a relatively simple routine.
