Started and finished my First Half! Thanks for all the support from friends at the gym and Family! Special shout out to my friend Mark White Lfl for introducing me to Advocare, it made todays run a heck of a lot easier than it would have been without it! Spark, Pro20, o2Gold and Arginine extreme were awesome! Thanks to My wife Jaime, and friend Bill Ferguson and Brett Bocook for training with me, you guys are beasts!
