Started mowing grass around 7pm. I had to mow around the outside of the garden and house. The grass was high enough to hide two trees. I planted some pines, but it looks as if I will have to cut them down to expand the garden. Pine trees grow like weeds in my back yard. I kept on mowing despite the horseflies, ants and mosquitoes eating my arms and legs. I have one lawn mower to handle 1.25 acres. I only mow the parts that I use. It takes a week to mow the grass with a broke down push mower. I used to have a riding mower, but the terrain tore it up. I figure that my gardensaves a lot of mowing.
