Started my journey back to Deadlifting and I loved it! But now I need to pay my dues again, just being mindful of my lower back and we tried 135 lbs - 205 lbs for triples, doubles and singles in both traditional/conventional form as well as my fav the SUMO style. I will be back lifting SUMO for sure, just not real fond of the traditional stance. Not for me. :) Here I am reintroducing the body and mind to 135 lbs x 3 reps on deads, being reminded to start getting the butt down and using more legs in this lift, keeping lower back out of the lift before my legs.
