Started my meal like the one on the left and ended it like the one on the right. Though, I really like this place and have had good food and service before. today left me leaving pissed off. I overheard a server say at the beginning of the meal that it was as busy as Mothers Day and we were there at the end of a long probably stressful shift. But unlike some of the vague and insulting reviews I have received over the years I will offer advice to the owner. A salad is more then a bowl of poorly cut lettuce. You have tons of bacon and sausage grease so please make your own country gravy or add salt or chicken base to the powdered stuff. The waiter has to listen to the questions asked by the guest and answer them correctly and when asked about the bill and its charges, dont say well it was on the Menu! And I think the appropriate charge for 6 slices of canned Jalapeños should be about .75. I know food costs are historically as high as they have ever been but this is a nickel and dime situation. And for the love of It, never let a customer who has taken the time to speak up leave unhappy. I will definitely be back to the restaurant because I know they do better then this and I cant stand when people one and done you when writing about your family business. For the owner we were there at 2:00 our server was about a 32 year old Latino man. This is posted on my Facebook page and not on Yelp and designed to help not hurt. Anyone reading this please tear the page from the book for your next review of a business. Happy Sunday. P.S When writing a review on something like yelp avoid rating the restaurant until you have given them another shot.
