Started the week real well today loosing another pound on my weigh in. Then checking in with my coach Jamie Alderton asking him if he could tweak my diet to satisfy a few cravings. Then I went to the gym for a 40 minute fasted HIIT/ LISS cardio session on the Bike followed by Jamies MuscleFood Ab workout. Then I got home to find all my diet tweaks 100% to sort my cravings out. Went the shop to get a bit of food to find a kilo of White potato for 67p that covers my carbs for 5 meals this week. Put todays and tomorrows meals together. Then went to the gym to hit a Bicep & Chest workout. Biceps are a weak point of mine and will be getting a lot of attention during my training! Heres a Little video of this evenings work out Now its Time to get my recovery fuel in: ✔️ Whey & Skittles PWO ✔️Smoked Haddock, Basmati Rice & Asparagus for dinner. ✔️Then really excited for my night time snack tonight. Muscle Mousse & 100g Oats
